The steps Rapid Response Solutions take for a Contract Lift:

  • Incoming phone enquiry
  • Visit to site by an Appointed Person
  • Site survey (including photo’s) & risk Assessment carried out onsite
  • Accurate written information received from the customer
  • Written Quotation produced & emailed/faxed within 48hrs of the survey
  • Official order received & accepted
  • Method Statement and Risk Assessment faxed/emailed to customer for approval
  • Equipment mobilised to site
  • Crane set up and work carried out as per the Method Statement

 

At all times in a contract lift there will only be experienced CITB certificated Slinger / Signallers working with the crane and an a suitably briefed Appointed Person available to give advise and ensure that the crane works within BS7121 part 1 & LOLER at all times.
