With every project, Management is key. Rapid Response Solutions have dedicated Project Managers to look after your projects from conception to completion.

Our Project managers will attend site to analyse the extents of your requirements and advise on all matters from timing to services to stock movements. Our managers will become part of your management team to create a partnership, ensuring both companies are working to the same ends. The close relationship our managers build within your organisation enable us to offer you the customer a totally bespoke solution.

In addition to ad-hok project managers we can also provide logistic’s solutions for your ongoing business requirements, from providing “Just in time” deliveries to Booking Flights, Ferries, Craneage, International transport, Road Closures, traffic & pedestrian management. With the close working relationships we have with our customers we are able to become an extension of your own resources.

Outsourcing this requirement ensures you are getting expert advise and service but without having the costs associated with employing and training your own staff.
With the complexities of Contract Lifting it makes sense to employ us to carry out your lifts for you. Our Appointed Persons are all highly experienced, trained personnel. We keep a data base of all lifts each Appointed Person completes to show competence in individual lifting types. We use a computer aided drawing system to confirm/prove our manual crane calculations. We receive up to the minute changes in legislation and working practices.

Contract Labour...

Rapid Response Solutions is committed to customer satisfaction; we understand the changes in requirements of our customers on a daily basis. With this in mind we are able to offer skilled rigging, electrical & mechanical staff on long or short term hire.

We supply qualified Lift supervisors, slinger/signallers too many of the crane companies in the south of England. Our staff are utilised by the crane companies on an adhok basis to help meet the highs and lows in demand by there individual customers.

We supply rigging support to the shipbuilding industry, again to meet the highs and lows in demands. This is generally on a longer term basis via a fixed term contract. In addition to meeting demand it also introduces new skills and ideas to the permanent workforce.

We provide transport, craneage & installation support to a major room pod manufacturer, our installation crews deal solely with the installation of pods and are regarded as the installation team of the manufacturer.

We have several partnership arrangements with our customers to provide skilled labour to cover tackle stores and rigging requirements on a permanent basis.

All the labour supplied on these contracts is taken from our fully employed workforce. We not use or supply agency staff.

Quality and safety is still managed by Rapid Response even when our staff are engaged on long term hire or partnering arrangements, the procedures for safety are the same. Spot checks and audits are carried out by our external safety consultants.
