Rapid Response Solutions has years of experience dealing with the planning, routing and delivery of specialist transport. Our hire desk is manned by staff who have been there and done it for years before they chose a desk job.

Over the years we have carried out hundreds of projects moving large, awkward and heavy items of plant and equipment. Long and wide loads being our specialty. We have the resource to complete and file routing applications online to manage the planning more efficiently.

Our drivers are competent in dealing with a variety of driving tasks, with skills varying from abnormal loads to tracked plant to Hazardous loads to MOD secure loads to crane assisted transport to low loaders to general haulage.

We can supply trailers for hire or combined with our vehicles. We have flat extendable’s, step frame extendable’s, low loaders, Curtainsiders, tilts, flats & fridges.

Rigid Crane Lorries...

We can provide crane assisted transport with 4 & 6 wheeled crane vehicles, with cranes at either the front or the rear depending on your requirements.

The cranes can be fitted with fluffing fly jibs and a hoist winch if required to give a staggering 24 metres of straight boom and a capacity of almost 1,000kg at that radius.

All our operators are experienced in lifting machinery & plant. They hold slinger/signaller qualifications and our security cleared.

All the rigid crane lorries have drag trailers which give an additional 7 metres of load space if required.

Articulated Crane lorries...

We can supply crane assisted transport on articulated vehicles, with cranes either on the tractor unit or on the trailer. With the cranes on the trailers we can offer, cranes at the rear of flat extendable's, cranes on the neck of extendable step frames or cranes on the front of flat trailers.

Our tractor units are STGO approved so wide and high loads can be lifted and loaded by these vehicles.

As above the drivers are highly experienced, hold slinger/signaler certification and our security cleared.
